What EIV Reports do I need to run?

Answer:

HUD requires the use of EIV in its ENTIRETY, meaning all reports must be utilized in accordance with HUD Handbook 4350.3 Change 4 and the O/A’s written EIV Policies and Procedures. Exhibit 9-5 of the 4350.3 change 4 is a great reference; the following is a summary:
